He attended Yale School of Management for his MBA after being a Marketing Consultant before dropping out to start the Sargasso Environmental Fund through Steinberg Asset Management (500 million in Assets Under Management).
After he began Executive Producing and Producing a range of films including the upcoming UNTITLED thriller directed by Steve Pink (Accepted, Hot Tub Time Machine, High Fidelity, etc.) - he has been working to help filmmakers engage in thoughtful efficient marketing strategies to get the word out about their film.

Molly is the founder and CEO of Phiphen, an independently owned Film, Television, and Digital Media company focused on producing creative, smart, and efficiently budgeted productions for a global audience.
Currently a member of the Producers Guild of America, The British Academy of Film and Television Arts, the Television Academy, and the advisory board for the production software company, SHOWRUNNER. Molly is Emmy nominated and has produced or executive produced dozens of feature films over the last 15 years that have earned a total of four Academy Awards and 11 Academy Award nominations.

Chris is an Entrepreneur & Producer with an E-Commerce background where he managed over 20 million in annual sales. While he was Executive Producing the upcoming thriller TERRESTRIAL directed by Steve Pink (Accepted, Hot Tub Time Machine, High Fidelity, etc.), alongside his business partners, he saw a gap with the antiquated and ineffective marketing strategies employed by the film and tv industry compared to what he saw in E-Commerce.
This was the foundation of the Harpoon Strategy.
